This is a great option for setting up new computers with multiple free software packages at the same time: Ninite.

Click through a list of useful software (such as Chrome, Microsoft Essentials, Python, Notepad++), and download an installation file. Running this file will download and install or update each selected software package with no further input from you. Pretty sweet.
