We are a trainee-led group seeking to build an inclusive, equitable, diverse and just community in the Zoology department. We recognize that historical and ongoing exclusion and oppression impedes the academic, professional, and personal success and well being of trainees. We believe the success and well being of Zoology trainees is the success and well being of the Zoology department.
Through addressing exclusion and oppression, our goal is to ensure every trainee gets the best training experience possible.We are committed to dismantling exclusion and oppression of Zoology trainees and exclusive and oppressive aspects of the training environment.
We provide support through interpersonal relationships, community building, group actions, and education.
