interests with over 60 faculty in several departments, half of whom are now housed in UBC's new Beaty Biodiversity Centre.

Fellows
In addition to post-doctoral fellows working in individual labs, the
Biodiversity Research Centre provides financial support for post-docs conducting

Graduate Students
Graduate students make up an integral part of the Biodiversity Research Centre. To become a graduate student,
contact the faculty member with whom you
wish to work and apply for graduate studies through the relevant department.
 Past Members - The Ceiling
By tradition, graduating M.Sc. and Ph.D. students and post-doctoral fellows sign the
ceiling. The old ceiling, in the lounge of Hut B8, was demolished to allow for the construction of our
new home in the Beaty Biodiversity Centre. The ceiling was archived
online, and can be viewed through its own website: The Ceiling.
