Friday reception at Manzanita: Begins 6
PM.
- Assorted appetizers and drinks.
- There should be plenty of food but it will all
be appetizer-like fare.
Saturday Morning breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs with sauteed porcini mushrooms
and spinach
- Bacon strips
- Choice of pancakes, french toast or granola
with yogurt and sliced fruit
- Assorted sweet rolls and French
pastries
Saturday box lunch at Herrin:
- New York Deli- roast beef, ham, turkey,
pastrami, and salami with Monterey Jack on choice of wheat, rye,
white, focaccia or baguette with lettuce tomato
pickle.
- Armenian vegetarian- Alfalfa sprouts,
cucumber, cheeses, spinach, onions, avocado rolled in lavosh
cracker bread
- Fisherman- bay shrimp, crab, salmon on a bed
of greens, seabeans, roasted pepper and a citrus soy
vinaigrette
Saturday banquet at Manzanita:
- Open bar begins at 6 PM and runs till 9
PM.
Buffet dinner begins at 7 PM and service ends
at 11 PM.
- Mesquite barbecue:
- Caesar salad with garlic dressing and
parmesan
- Three bean salad
- Country spareribs
- Mesquite chicken breast
- Garden burger
- Grilled vegetables
- Jalapeno corn bread
- Brownies
Sunday morning breakfast:
- Assorted sweet rolls and muffins
