Wes Didier

Ph.D. student

I am a Metis student with a variety of interests. I taught in the K-12 system for 10 yrs and currently work with gifted children. I completed my M.Sc. in 2009 at UBC. Joined the UBC Aboriginal Fisheries Department as a PhD student. I defended my PhD on lamprey endocrinology and receptor evolution spring of 2019.

I am interest in working with aboriginal communities. My focus is environmental restoration and education. My goal is to assist communities develop and manage renewable resources.
