I have been working for Rosie for 3 years already!! (This is probably my last year working for the lab ) Most of what I do in the lab was of a housekeeping nature, making media, washing glassware, autoclaving material, disposing of biohazards and so on. I also do some experiments during my free time. My experiments involve isolating mutants for microarrays and use it to characterize the effects of sub-inhibitory rifampicin/erythromycin concentrations on H. influenzae gene expression.
