Identifying all these tissues may seem hard at first,
but there is an easy way to go about it.
- On the next page, I will give you a DICHOTOMIC KEY that will help
you in this task.
- - By pointing to specific features of these tissues,
this KEY will help you identify them without too much trouble.
- - Go at the top of the KEY, begin at "start here"
and answer "yes" or "no" to the questions asked.
This will lead you to the right answer.
- It is no secret that the best way to be good at tissue identification
is by a lot of practice.
- - Print the KEY and use it to identify tissues
in the MEGA
.
- - Go to other sites that I've selected for you,
and do the same.
- - Go to the library, borrow histology books and practice on their photomicrographs.
After a short while, you will become proficient and will not need anymore help.
